There are many science-fiction movies that I love. The Matrix was one of my favorite science-fiction movies. Its innovative approach on virtual reality (and artificial intelligence) blew me away. Blade Runner 2049 was a beautiful and thought-provoking sequel to the original classic. Arrival blew my mind with its nonlinear storytelling style and explorations of communication as well as human connection.
